Bob Howell is a commissioner on the Planning and Zoning Board in O’Fallon serving since 2002. Active is his community, Bob has served as chair of the Bryan Valley Homeowners Association for the past nine years.
A graduate of Rosary High in 1981 he received his degree from the United Association of Journeymen and Apprentices of the Plumbing and Pipe Fitting Industry of the United States and Canada in 1986.
Bob is 46 years old and currently employed with C&R Mechanical, as a 27 year journeyman pipefitter with Plumbers and Pipefitters Local 562.
An active member of the Assumption Parish in O’Fallon, Bob has a daughter, Brittany, now a freshman at St. Dominic and a son, Bobbie attending Assumption.
Bob is known for his commitment to public service and his dedication to his neighbors since joining the community in 1998.
